World's worst parallel parking job?

How does one manage to park a Mini Cooper with ONLY the right rear tire up on the curb? Can anyone explain this to me??

Generally its some dumb foreigner in this country that gets handed a license by the DMV when they clearly have no business driving a 2,000lb machine.... Especially when 3 months earlier they were riding a OX in a rice field.
