Facebook "forgot" to code deactivate account page
Looks like Facebook conveniently "forgot" to code the deactivate account page. They've hard coded this whole section, because captchas shouldn't even show up for verified accounts. There is currently no way to deactivate an account, because you have to enter the captchas that don't even show up! Is this a new user retention scheme?
